QHT341 hook turntable type shot blast cleaning machine is a new type of equipment developed by our company. It has the following advantages:

vThe cantilever centrifugal blast wheel with high blasting speed can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency, obtain satisfactory cleaning quality and strengthening effect.

v The separator adopts a closed separator, which has good separation effect, avoids the phenomenon of ash, and has no pollution.

vThe whole abrasive circulation system of the equipment adopts automatic detection device. When a certain part is not running smoothly or is stuck, it can automatically alarm and inform the fault location, so that the maintenance personnel can repair it in a targeted manner.

vHumanized design of loading station. The feeding station is equipped with a grating with safety protection function. Under abnormal conditions, any part of the operator's body enters the grating area, and the turntable stops rotating immediately to avoid harming the operator.

vWorkpiece cleaning: manually place the workpiece to the loading station, then rotating to the shot blasting station to stop, and cleaning while rotating, high degree of automation, good sealing effect, , and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
