Description
It uses mixed flow of high speed abrasives and air from sand blasting machine to spray them to subuliform nozzles of tube internal surface cleaner, the abrasives diffuses in cone shape, and impact internal surface of tubes to achieve cleaning purpose.surface quality can reach Sa2.5-Sa3 after cleaning. It can clean internal surface of tubes with diameter 50-300mm.
Appropriate for inner surface treatment of steel pipes, remove surface oxide skin and welding slag these sundries, good metallic luster and large surface area, better for surface spraying and coating, widely used in petrochemical, steel, urban central heating and water supply drainage.
